How we handle your information.

Plain language, no games. This tells you what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, who sees it, and how to get it removed.

01Who we are

This website, thecraftwrightagency.com, is operated by Craftwright LLC, doing business as CraftWright Insurance & Planning, based in Bethel Park, Pennsylvania. William Bleil is a licensed insurance producer, National Producer Number 21521617, licensed for life, accident and health insurance in Pennsylvania and Georgia, and an independent agent affiliated with Symmetry Financial Group and The Schnitzer Agency.

In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Craftwright LLC. "You" means anyone visiting this site or submitting the form on it.

02What we collect

Information you give us. If you complete the assessment form, we receive what you typed and selected:

  • Your name, email address and phone number
  • Your preferred contact method and the best time to reach you
  • Your answers to the four planning questions — what you want to protect, what prompted you to look, where you are in the process, and the group you identified with
  • Anything you wrote in the notes field
  • A record that you checked the consent box, and when

You choose what to put in that form. Please don't send Social Security numbers, account numbers, medical details or dates of birth through it — it isn't built for that, and we don't need any of it to have a first conversation. If we later work together, sensitive information is collected through the carrier's secure application process instead.

Information collected automatically. Our web host keeps standard server logs, which typically record your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you requested, and the date and time. We use these only to keep the site running and secure.

03How we use it

  • To reply to you and have the conversation you asked for
  • To understand your situation well enough to say what we'd look at first — or to tell you that you don't need anything from us
  • To research and, if you ask us to, prepare quotes or applications with insurance carriers
  • To keep records the way insurance regulations require
  • To operate, secure and improve this website

We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade or otherwise share it with anyone who wants to market their own products to you, and we do not sell it to lead-generation companies.

04Who we share it with

Only where it is needed to do what you've asked, or where the law requires it:

  • Insurance carriers — when you ask us to obtain a quote or submit an application on your behalf. Each carrier has its own privacy notice governing what it does with your information.
  • Symmetry Financial Group and The Schnitzer Agency — our affiliated agency relationships, for case support, carrier access and supervisory review.
  • Service providers — the vendors that run this site and handle form delivery, including our web host and our form-handling provider. They process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
  • Professionals you involve — your attorney, accountant or other advisors, only when you ask us to coordinate with them.
  • Legal and regulatory — where required by law, subpoena, or a state insurance regulator, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

05Calls, texts and email

The form's consent box asks permission to contact you by phone, text or email at the details you provided, including by automated means. That consent is not a condition of buying anything, and message and data rates may apply if you receive texts.

You can stop hearing from us at any time — reply STOP to a text, use the unsubscribe option in an email, or simply call or write and say so. We'll honor it. Your phone number is not shared with third parties for their own marketing.

06Cookies and tracking

As of the date above, this site sets no cookies of its own, runs no advertising trackers, and does not store anything in your browser between visits. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers to fetch them.

If we add analytics or advertising tools later, we'll update this section and the date at the top before doing so.

07How long we keep it

If we never end up working together, we keep your form submission only as long as it's useful for following up, and remove it on request. If you become a client, insurance regulations and carrier requirements oblige us to retain certain records for a number of years after a policy ends — those rules override a deletion request for the records they cover, and we'll tell you if that applies to you.

08Your choices

Whatever state you live in, you can ask us to:

  • Tell you what information we hold about you
  • Correct anything that's wrong
  • Delete it, subject to the record-keeping rules above
  • Stop contacting you

Email or call using the details below and we'll take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may also have specific rights under a state privacy law; if you tell us which state you're in, we'll handle your request accordingly.

09Security

This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and form submissions travel encrypted to our form provider. We limit access to what we receive. That said, no method of transmitting information over the internet is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security — which is the reason for the request in section 02 not to send sensitive identifiers through the form.

10Children

This site is meant for adults and is not directed to children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we'll delete it.

12Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Material changes will be noted clearly. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.

A note on your client file. This policy covers the website. If you become a client, federal and state insurance privacy rules also require us to give you a separate privacy notice covering the nonpublic personal financial information in your client file. That notice is provided during the application process, and each insurance carrier provides its own as well.
